So Begins The Madness
Well, I've got my office ready for conbook production. I just need to log whatever last-minute submissions come in before tonight's deadline. The blue painter's tape on the walls is covered with strips of double-sided poster tape which hopefully won't stick to paper as much as the industrial-grade stuff I bought at Home Despot the other day. The compact fluorescent really brightens up the room (probably also helped by the fact that it's 100 watt, but hey).

I'll need it. I'll be working 55-hour weeks at Globex Corporation while this is going on, so I think sleep is going to be a luxury in the coming weeks.

You look too organized to be working on a conbook. Perhaps when this is finished, we'll see the office, and know that a conbook was involved.

Yep, still looks organized and not very panicked at all. Are you sure this is a conbook you're working on? Or is it just con committee staff that are always stuck with stuff that happens At the Very Last Minute?

Currently, I have a month to put the thing together. The panicking comes when I've got less than a week to finish it (or have gone over deadline) and need to FedEx it off to the printer.

I made the mistake of scrolling down.

It was OK when I saw the 'I found you this nameless adventurer' but when I scrolled down and saw 'but I eated it' I just about hurt myself laughing ;)
